Smooth and silky. Almost heavy. Great finish. Love this wine. Even better in Madrid. WS rated 90 Pts.

Dark ruby, almost black coloration. On the nose, cocoa powder, espresso bean, black cherry, blackberry, prune and leather. On the palate, cherry, blackberry, blueberry, lots of jammy fruit, chocolate, espresso, toasted oak, leather, and a longer finish of chocolate and espresso. Very nice full bodied and rich textured wine. Nice acidity, and Medium tannins but very well balanced. A great very drinkable wine at a bargain price. Total wine carries it for $26.00. 90% Tempranillo and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Beautiful dark garnet color. Medium to full-bodied. Nice balance between oak, spice, and dark fruit. High alcohol at 15%, but it isn't overpowering on the nose or palate. Great wine for the price. Had alongside a $40 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and everyone preferred this over the other.
