Bugey-Cerdon Sparkling Gamay Rosé

This gamay sparkling rose is a bright fun drink. After tasting it at a local shop I bought and saved it for a special occasion. It is a celebration of strawberry harvest. Acid balanced with fruit of strawberry. It is only 8% so it is wonderful on a hot day.
It is made in an "ancestral tradition" of fermenting in the bottle naturally.
