Perfect this late warm afternoon....tart/slightly ripe apples/peaches, lemon peel. Good minerality and acid. Creamy, toasted almond, slight vanilla. Nice medium yellow color. So good today in the sun...

Had another bottle at a tasting. Pale straw gold with aromas of citrus and stone fruits. On the palate apple, peach and lemon flavors with hints of vanilla. The finish was well balanced with acidity and alcohol ending with minerality. Tasting Sample.

Bright straw color. Light but heady nose of baked apple and white flowers. Rich palate with medium plus acidity and flavors of honeyed pome and brioche. P-F and the Macon I general have come a long way since the 1980s. This is a solid example of a good affordable white Burgundy for when the New World just isn't enough. Pot pie, roasted chicken, lobster, and cream sauces would make great friends.

Pale straw with gold edges and aromas of citrus and stone fruits. On the palate crisp apple and peach flavors with lemony noted. The finish has lively acidity and ends with a touch of minerality.

Effervescent and fruity with notes of orange and melon. Not my favorite Fuisse but about the best candidate for every day consumption.

Absolutely LOVE this wine. Pouilly-Fusse in general. Extremely mild, no bitter aftertaste.
