Great buttery aroma with soft tropical fruit. Integrated oak, flavors are a little closed but showing a nice chalky minerals.

2012 vintage. Medium gold. Ripe tropical fruits and apricot, honey dew, caramel and vanilla. Oak is yet to fully integrate. On the palate, full bodied, pineapple and apricot, vanilla and cream. Acidity is medium, alcohol is medium, flavour concentration is medium plus. Length is on long side of medium plus. This is an opulent, rich style of wine - not much subtly here, and the oak dominates. Could improve with air and definitely needs some more cellaring. Decent.
