Tasted with 4 other Champagnes and 1 new world sparkler. My favorite of the tasting. Inviting nose of brioche, fruit and toast. Fine bubbles that explode on entry. Beautifully balanced in the mouth with interplay of fruit, yeastiness and sweetness all held in check. Very classic finish. Love this style.

Delicious Champagne. Pale orange in color with a steady stream of fine bubbles. Strawberry and almond notes with a very smooth creamy texture and nice acidity. A great way to toast the arrival of 2017 over New Year's Day lunch!
