Tasted blind. Light straw gold color. Great energy in the glass. Notes of light citrus, some stone, some macadamia nuts and some brioche. Great mousse and mouth feel. Mellow yet powerful. Awesome juice. Guessed 96 Salon. Still young but delivers everything you want already.

Great nose of brioche and honeysuckle. An extremely smooth, impeccably balanced and finessed bubbly. Perhaps not as nuanced as Krug or Salon but so fresh, clean and vibrant. Nutty/almond and tart apple.

So beautiful.... and tasted at the right time, but still a long ways to go. Showing toffee, lemon, cocoa, and candied ginger notes. A pleasure to share.
