Taste of good quality tannins, good acidity, subtle sweetness, fermented cabbage, some mineral and spice, a bit oaky, and soft with some zest. Aftertaste of some more bittersweetness. On par.

Self-identified as a medium body, but I'd put it as close to full-bodied as you can get. Very fruity, semisweet, would go well with pasta, pork dishes, some medium stews.
