Nice, nice. Thought it might be a muddling, middling venture at such a steep price at a nice restaurant, but after being a tad fruity on opening, turns out really solid, balanced nicely minerally dinner pairing with some character. Enjoyable.

Thanksgiving wine #2. A beautifully elegant example of SLH Pinot Noir. Gorgeous and soft notes of red fruit and earth fill the nose. The palate shows none of the 14.5% alcohol, instead it presents as a weightless and elegant wine with soft, spicy cherry fruit and blackberry fruit along with touches of oak. No shock this made Wine Spectator’s Top 100.
