Aug 9th, 2020Beautiful. Sour cherry, damson, soft resolved oak. Some tangy green notes with a lovely haunting depth of fruit. Bacon and black cherry. Not too ripe, rich or anything but very, very balanced. Great stuff. Long and vivid and memorable.
