2013- The nose is hard to reach melon and citrus, mute and not really in a refined way. The palate at first is fresh, full bodied smooth and buttery and just when I was prepared to let my surprise at liking it loose, it is restrained as the sourness and tartness arrives on the mid plate and holds for part of the finish, which is reasonably long, which isn’t a positive.
At this price of €23 its not at the races.
