Good CA chard. Label says: lemon, pear, apple, light floral, finish with toast, balanced acidity and minerality. Ideal with shellfish, cream sauces, roasted chicken, cheeses, and zesty vegetable dishes. Elissa, Paul, and I had with Whole Red Snapper at home. Good pair.
