Arneis can be a great white variety if cropped well and carefully crafted. This steely wine also has lovely depth and the 2011 (under cork!) showed well, despite its age. This a great example of what Arneis can achieve.

Well...it's interesting. I would pair this with a crisp (oddly enough) salad with orange wedges. It is perfect for lunch and to drink on the patio. Many lime notes as well. I'm not in love yet. First glass but I'll give a fair rating. It's tart for a white Italian wine IMO. Buy it. Try it.
