Roero Arneis

Piedmont wine tasting: light straw with water rim, slight petulance • freshly cut grass, lime, lees, white flowers • medium body, medium acidity, lime, white peach, wet gravel, 12.5% ABV • made from 100% Arneis grown in calcareous clay, fermented and aged 6 months in stainless steel

Tobacco, citrus rind, brine, wheat.

Very floral with grapefruit and peach aromas, tropical fruit notes showing up on the mid palate. Delicate, polished and showing subtle spice and a slight nuttiness in texture. Very pretty wine with tons of class.

Needs time, but great bones for a polished, distinctive white.

First glass dry/tannin, but it mellows during the break. Good flavor

Ripe, rich, and fleshy with a nice minerally tropical finish. A fresher riper style.

Elegant white wine. Floral nose that leads to citrus in the mouth. Medium weight short finish.

Very nice dry white wine with a notable mineral touch.

Crisp and fresh. Citrus and green apple.
