More mineral/savoury than it is fruity, this wine has pickled lemons, sourdough, seashells and even faint hints of smoke and something umami. Maybe soysauce?
Crisp and young (L.437?), well-balanced, long and persistent aftertaste.
Quite rich and broad for a BdB..., which I like!

We had this at our local wine tasting - tried 5 champagnes including one rose. We liked this one the best, tiny bubbles like Dom, light flavor.

Fun Thursday bubbles. Not as soft or delicate as some others and little "tinny" as it opened, but with some air and some warmth, it started to shine. A great little champagne for the price.
