Out of mag--a solid Champagne w/ citrus and apples, a little brioche and a bit of mineral on the finish. Not sure if this is more a product of a great vintage or if the cuvée is always sound, but it made for good drinking regardless.

This 08 was disgorged 06/14/13. The nose has an apple jelly scent with a touch of cream soda. Palate is crisp with Apple, almond brioche. The mousse is wonderful with very fine bubbles.
