Drank 9/3/18. Great pairing with Rigatoni Bolognese, although this seems like it would pair with a wide mix of foods
Nose of red and black cherries, mixed with some plum and cocoa notes. Palate of juicy red cherry, raspberry. Some leather and cocoa powder. Excellent balance with medium, well integrated tannins. Juicy red fruits on the finish that lasts 30 seconds or so.

Actually I now want to jelly this wine and put it on Sunday morning pancakes. But for now I’ll drink it Sunday night.
