Vignaverde Grillo

There are too few sips in this one, especially towards the end.

A little more buttery and bolder than I thought. Still get the lime and stone fruit in it.

Pale lemon in colour. Herbal, with a bit of petrol, and lime on the nose. Fresh sage, gooseberry, and soft fennel notes on the palate. Medium acidity with the fennel/licorice lingering on the palate,coming around to ripe mandarins.
