OK, so I’m in the middle of nowhere West Texas trying to find something cold and refreshing to wash down my spicy bbq sausage dinner on a hot summer night (other than beer.) This fit the bill. More yellow in color than most prosecco, it has a slightly nutty nose and initially on the palate with light citrus taking over through the finish. The bubbles are a little coarse and the acid could last a little longer, but for a mass produced wine, not bad.
