PnP. Paired nicely with BLT’s on brioche buns. Lovely transparent purple color. Restrained and low OH. Subtle oak and dark fruit. Pretty average Zin all around.

blackberry bramble, dark chocolate, iron. polished, smooth and spicy. on the lean side for zin, but rich in the ways we want. not even the slightest bit jammy or heavy. but with balls. a deeply accomplished expression of the grape and of russian river.

Yeah. That is Zin with some tension. I wish more Zin was made this way. Peppery, bright red fruit. Food wine!
