Oldest known Cinsault vines in CA make this. It is a bit over oaked imho, but it has good varietal character and a big, spicey nose that really pleases. Red fruit is intense, on the jammy side.

Ruby color with perfumed red fruit, sweet spice (including an appealing kiss of cardomom), red licorice and lavender aromas. On the palate it's light-bodied, elegant, and concentrated with very good acidity and velvety tannins. It shows cherry, raspberry, cola and spice flavors with a bit of minerality showing up on a very giving finish. #lodiwine #grenache
