California Petite Sirah

Good PS value wine. Big and dark with black and blue berry flavors.

2017. Really enjoying this smooth petite sirah that gained complexity...especially at the price I paid for it. Would easily fit into most folks weeknight rotation.

This tastes like a much more expensive wine. Never in a million yeasts would have guessed it’s under $15. An easy sipping wine with or without food.

Deep viscous purple. Jammy black fruit aroma. More cassis than blackberry. Hints of cedar. Tastes of concentrated long lasting black fruit without any sweetness. Acidity is low and the tannins are prominent but soft. Not that complex and totally satisfying. I love it.
