Aug 24th, 2022Very typical barolo. Nice tannins. Rich ruby color. Nice acidity. Enjoyed it with a classic Piedmont eggy pasta dish made with tagliolini pasta made with lemon zest, course ground black pepper and parm cheese. It was yummy and the wine was the X factor
