Wow. Graphite, tar, petrichor. Layers of fresh and dried cherry. This says Brunello for sure. This is not bargain bin Brunello, not baby Brunello, it's real Brunello. Not the most complex or nuanced one to be sure, but if you were trying to teach the difference between a top quality 100% Sangiovese Chianti Classico and BdM this would be a damn good one for the money. Almost too good to be true for under $35.

RP's sticker again... 92 points. This time, I agree! This is a light brown-garnet transparent Brunello. 13.5% alc. Presents a nice vanilla/white chocolate front. But the tannins are way too firm. Maybe 1 hour wasn't enough. Still good plus.
