Richness comes through but without weight. This is a light to medium bodied wine best served cool. The great thing about this wine is it's finish that resolved with a delightful peppery note. I'd think this would work well with a meaty fish.

Watery and wet, not thick, cherry taste, light, easy to drink fruity berries on the bottom. Vaguely cough syrup but loose, not syrup.
