Heavy earth, Pepper, and limestone nose. Ripe fruits of plum and cherry but take a back seat to the other elements. Low acidity and high tannins create a full body with lots of backbone. Finishes nice with oak and jalapeño. I generally like a little more fruit but nice deep wine.

I actually really enjoyed this wine, nice strong dry and balanced, not very smoky nor too acidic. My bf on the other hand is convinced it is possessed by demons and each sip brings u closer to hell...needless to say he didn't like it one bit! ~19$ cdn SAQ
