So clean and pure. Neon-bright, pristine red fruit. Beneath that, hay and wet pavement. Perfect acidity, to say this wine is easy-drinking would be a massive understatement. Made under the watchful eye of Alsatian guru André Ostertag with biodamically grown grapes.
