Kind of profound? I mean, this is kind of a cru nuit st George in disguise. Crazy good. Beats the 2014 by a stretch.

Very dry, light. Paired with oysters, scallops, pork belly.

Dec 13th, 2018Needs some time to open. Ate with rotisserie chicken, baked beans, and coleslaw. Good with the chicken and beans. Cherry, cola, and light spice. Seems a little fizzy easily on. Smooths out during 2nd hour. Medium-length finish. Reminds me of cheaper CA Pinot, but a little more depth of flavor.
