Pale gold, low viscosity, medium-low acidity. Light bodied with aromas of flint, apple, preserved lemon and asparagus. Has a pretty abrupt finish. A drinkable, affordable dry Sicilian white.

I love this varietal in red. I'm not a a fan of white wines or much less sparkling wines, but this is very nice.
