Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Opened one we have been holding for a while. Needed some time, but then was great.

Smooth right out of the bottle. Dry but good.

Deep pallette, ripe banana forward to red fruit with tart, dry finish

I have to say this is great right now. What a great bang for the buck. Seems like this could further evolve for another 6+ years... but why wait?

Pulled this out for Father's Day. Beautiful color, lots of fruit and opening nicely

Enjoyed a wonderful 2007 vintage. Fantastic with ribeye, duck, or wild boar.

Strong cab. Holds well
