Devaux Ranch Sparkling Rosé Blend

Grapefruit, green strawberry and roses. Sweet cranberry on the back end. Distinctive. Good balance. Perfect for thanksgiving.

This is a beautiful sparkling rose. 100% Pinot Noir from a single vineyard site in Los Carneros. Great balance between fresh red fruits and yeasty tones. Thanks @Joshua Brown for bringing it in.

Nectarine and sweet corn on the nose. Watermelon candy upfront with a crisp green apple acidity. There’s an interesting caramel like note in there too. Finishes with a strawberry impression. Super nice, one of the best sparkling Rosés I’ve had.

Dry and complex. Very unlike most Supernatural Bruts in the past. Crisp with a citrus fruit note. Long toasty dry finish. Great with appetizers. I'd loved to see how this ages.
