Medium Ruby color of this Rhône Blend with aromas of dark berry fruits, rustic spices and smoky notes. On the palate flavors of black cherry and blackberry fruit with cacao, leather and earthy notes, wrapped in wild vivid acidity with an ok balance. Fine tannins, medium finish ending with a fruit and spice character and slight alcohol burn. Drinks very nicely now! Nice value!

An inspired Rhône blend, this wine has all of the delicious flavors one expects from Washington Syrah, all rich and fungal; however, the other varietals add a nuanced layer of bright currant and blackberries to the mix. The mouthfeel is rich and thick; do not expect one of those lightweight GSMs!
