Decided to go sideways with a little help of Vivino's style exploring feature. This South African Cab is a hot stuff - literally. It's not great nor bad, I would say it's a solid meat dinner mule, with enough acidity to cover its ripe fruit sweetness and nice spicy touch. Bouquet - at the begging sharp spruce, become mild and milder with decanting & goes into fruit side, some animal notes. Relatively short finish and basic tart aftertaste, not bad but is missing something catchy in palate
