Pale lemon in color.
On the Nose, petrol, peaches tropical fruits, citrus, lemon and minerals.
Off dry on the palate with passion fruits, pineapples, slate, some butter and white pepper.
Medium to full bodied and smooth with High acidity, that balances the fruits well.
Medium finish with lemons and citrus fruits.
As it warms up it becomes creamy.
Drink chilled. Very refreshing and easy to drink. Paired it with tuna tapas, which were excellent together.
9.5% alcohol by volume.

Oct 1st, 2016Initially, liquified Sweet Tarts. However, there is moderate acidity and I got notes of Granny Smith apple and pear. Paired really well with the Asian-ginger glazed salmon.
