Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Mild tannins but wonderful juiciness and considerable depth. A very enjoyable wine on its own or with a nice steak.

Nose of chocolate, coffee, earth. Good flavor development, earthy/cocoa, light currant, moderate tannins and light acidity for good balance.

Good solid cab

Full bodied cab, strong tannins. Dark fruit notes, earthy.

A lot of structure and complexity for the value. Red fruit predominantly with fine tannin and acidic balance

aromas of cedar, earth, cinammon,
flavors show huge rusty red fruit, candied cherry, little earth. cab with real character.

Smooth finish. Peppery. Oak wood. Richard brought for dinner.
