Legit WA CS here, very traditional nose, varietally correct, not overextracted or overdone. Really enjoyed the cassis, currant, mocha and subtle herbaceous notes. On the palate it was well balanced, sturdy tannins without being clumsy, more rich varietal flavors leading to modest finish. This is a Blue Collar wine, lacking elegance but built solidly.

A good Cabernet. Rich dark berry flavors and a slightly tannic finish.

Sexy stuff here - particularly for 20 bones: deep dark intensely concentrated but not overdone, after an hour or so it began to reveal black fruits, cassis, a hi toned note, tobacco, cocoa, baking spices, against an earthy backdrop. Solid tannins but extremely well-integrated, seamless on palate thru finish. Stood up well to my filet w/grilled polenta.
