I do enjoy a Nyetimber. It lacks the creaminess of a French champagne but has its own strawberry spice character, which is just as fun.

Exquisite British sparkling rose! I didn’t expect much but I must admit the British bubbly get as close to a champagne in terms of bistcutiness, creamy depth. Even better than many cremants that I tried. Little hits of red fruit with short bread and brioche with great depth. This bubbly from sussex delivers.
