May 9th, 2018Star bright straw gold. Subtle nose of red apple and Bosc pear. Full-bodied subtle palate of apples and pears with cloves on the finish. Medium acidity runs through it all. A balanced supporting Chardonnay that will compliment a wide variety of “white wine” foods without overwhelming (thanks to the 50% stainless)!or being overwhelmed (thanks to the 50% oak).

1 person found it helpfulJun 21st, 2018So tonight I decided I'd like a Chardonnay. It's been a while since I've had one and I've been eyeing this bottle in my fridge for a while. It has a nice medium body and a smoothe finish. Definite aroma of florals and a touch of spice. My Texas (aka brisket) chili may not be the best pairing but it's not terrible either. It's a Thursday night and I wanted something a little lighter than my usual reds.

Nov 12th, 2020Your typical fully rounded American oak chardonnay from California. If you want to introduce someone to the difference between French and American chard, this would be a good example.
