Les Pucelles Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Chardonnay

Great minerality on the nose. Lemon curd and bright citrus notes. Clean and crisp nice acidity.

Reduced but in an okay way. Interesting bitterness almost asparagus-like. Good but not great.

Another excellent burgundy Chardonnay. A good amount of oak but still some fruit. Went down way too easy. Another excellent selection by my friend Ken!
