Light red, perfect for summer. Retains the jammy, berry notes of heavier Zins without the tannins. A hint of herb (thyme?). I like chilled.

Great dark cherry start that evolve into a deep, earthy, deliciously bitter tinge. The wine makers note rhubarb, which is an excellent description. The dirt like ending lingers on the pallet. Love it!

This is the beginning of my 100 varietals over the course of two years. Velo Pizzeria in Napa Valley. We were challenged about two hours ago to do this by Scott at Silverado Vineyards. LOVE a good wine challenge!
