Poured into glass about 3 hours ahead of first taste, not sure what I think. The alcohol is noticeable but not overwhelming. Tannins are quite noticeable. Will need to see how this develops. Day 2: more fruit and the wine is starting to open up, fair amount of spice and interest.

Drinking the 2013 in 2015. Big bold black fruit flavors up front. Very mellow. Almost no tannins, low spice, mild sweetness. Great with grilled meats and barbecue.
