Crémant du Jura Poulsard

Funky but delicious

Pleasant and lightly oxidative.

This is the Chardonnay, not the Poulsard. I think this is new to the US. Tough to follow the Selosse, but this is delicious. Has that distinctive marl-character that is unique to the Jura.

Semi-successful effort by Arlequin Wine Merchant to get me to branch out from Tissot's unfiltered Jura, but sorry, I love that bubble too much.

Rosé

Toasty yeast in the nose with a hint of funk. Fantastic effervescence and terroir with light strawberry at the front with leather and tobacco on the end
