Big Salt Elkton White Blend

All the comparisons about a day at the beach are just exactly on point. I’ve now had the 2018, 2019, and 2020 and if Ovum keeps this up I’ll just start buying this by the pallet. What a refreshing bottle full of subtle complexities of floral arrangements, fresh tropical fruits, herby cocktail mixers, tea, and a pinch of salt. (Not big, but perhaps big for wine.) Smackable!

GREAT. Tastes like sea water and salt bagel. Would be good with anything but paired really well with sushi.

Really surprised at the marked sweetness unbalanced by any salinity. Def not for me.
