Pacina
Castelnuovo Berardenga Sangiovese
Cherry cola, roasted plum, white pepper, eucalyptus, pine needles, cedar, graphite, iron, olives, bell pepper. Perfect acid/rough velvet tannin balance, full bodied, lush juicy texture, long complex herbal/smoky finish. A balance between rustic and elegant, drinking beautifully now, though its cellaring potential is worth exploring.

Oct 1st, 2016Hazy, deep ruby heading to garnet. Pronounced aromas of barnyard, orange rind. Med body, good acidity - red fruit and agressuve tannins on the palate. Deep and intense.

Mar 24th, 2016I've posted this one before. Friends - this is fantastic and reasonably priced. Very unique wine. But be clear, you'll either love it or hate it. Dry, barn-yardy, little funky. Big fan.
