15’ Palmaz Amalia Chardonnay. My feeling is they always release this wine sooo early. Tasting much better then It did a little over a year ago. Drink this just below cellar temperature.
The palate is completely coated with a mix of exotic tropical fruits . White flowers, candy-ginger?!?, Just a touch of spiced- honey & nicely balanced acidity. This lingers on the back of the palate for a solid minute. What a pleasant surprise!! Drinking now.
