Traditional use of Sagrantino, yielding an excellent, not overpowering dessert wine. We viewed the one and only Sagrantino tray that was drying from 2015. Recent years have meant low (or no yields). Paolo Bea Tasting 5/5.

Such a manageable dessert wine. Honey flavor, golden raisins and really delicious. Regretful not to grab a bottle.
