A really nice and complex Aussie Cabernet wine. Lots of things happening on the nose as well as the palate. Some powerful baked red fruits, with plum character. The mint on the nose is still here when you taste it, along with some licorice flavor, animal notes like leathery, black olive, hints of spice as well as oak. Tannins are here, chewy, really greedy with a nice long finish. Great wine, that you can easily enjoy on a meat, and age longer too.
