Paired beautiful with black n blue tuna! On it’s own fruit forward low acid medium to low tannins. Interesting for my first time!

Earthy, musky, dry aroma & flavor. Notes of dried raspberry, old leather, dusty clove & nutmeg, and a barnyard funk.

Delicious with my daughter’s pasta with pancetta and garden veggies. Light tannins, fruity, quaffable. Would probably be good with a chill and antipasto too.
