Smokin! Not really sure what more you could ask for. It’s pretty perfect all things considered. Butteaux seem to be some of the better value in Chablis right now. Piuze & Pico my two favorites. Guess I’m a hipster at heart.

A mineral nose with hints of citrus. A buttery mouthfeel with crushed granite, peach stone, melon, and lemon. Low alcohol and moderate plus to high acid, although the acid is a bit muted for a Chablis. Quite smooth from start to finish.
