What a beauty. Full bodied in a generous year. Lemon, oyster shell long saline burn. Too good not to drink now but I will burry the box to resist temptation. What a Chablis !!

Very ripe but delightful. Showing its vintage but with the requisite salinity to please a traditional Chablis lover.

A confounding wine. Rounder and riper than the 12.5% / old barrel elevage would suggest. Ripe lime fruit and less tension than I expected. Still an attractive wine. Will give the others some time

Delicate, tropical, good acid, not particularly mineral. Young but in a different way than I know
