Piuze is a rockstar. Ripe citrus and pear with refreshing acidity that softens with air. Great on its own, but the minerality pops with scallops or steamed crab legs. It’s hard to find ANY Chablis under $20, this, at a few bucks more, presents great QPR.

Sea shells sea shells by the sea shore... but not my favorite offering. Off aromatic in the 1/2 bottle (a little reduced) Good mouth feel and flavor and +acid structure. Drink it soon, will not age well.
